The VaporTower carries a life time warranty. For any reason should the heater fail to function, we will replace it for Free. No questions asked.
IMPORTANT: To verify your VaporTower and validate the warranty, you must make sure the unit has the “VaporTower.com” stamp on the base. We have same day turn around on all repairs. All return items must include: name, contact info & return shipping address.
